Sponsorship/Speaking OpportunitiesWe have developed complimentary and fee based programs to help you leverage your investment in our unique Cosmetic Enhancement Expo program. Marketing Sponsorship PackagesPlatinum Marketing Package – this is our highest level package that gives you the highest level of exposure in event marketing media outlets. Here are the components:
Gold Marketing Package – this package allows you significant exposure at the event that will set you aside from other exhibitors. Here are the components:

Gold package with 20X20 booth $5995.00 Fee Based Programs Display areas: Seminars: 10 x 10 = $1995 Stand alone seminars - $995 Show Guide Advertising– We have a number of advertising opportunities available in our show guide that is handed out at the event. The guide is an 8 ½ X 11 glossy piece that includes the list of exhibitors, booth numbers, floor plans, conference schedule, beauty bag gifts, doctor profiles and advertisements. Center Spread (2 Pages) $1499.00 For these ads you provide the art work. This year we have added a doctor profile section, which includes the following: a photo of the doctor, contact information, and 100 word text about the doctor. If you are a sponsor you will receive a full page ad as part of your sponsor package, all keynotes will have their picture and contact info displayed also. Radio Advertising– As part of our promotion we will be offering a limited number of coop advertising opportunities for participating exhibitors. We will have packaged 10 to 20 spots. The way this works is that we will pay for 10-60 second radio spots and the participating exhibitor will pay for an additional 10. We will then run the 20 spots to promote the CEE and the exhibitor’s participation at the event. The 60 second spot will be split into two 30 second segments. The first 30 seconds will be a script about the event and the second 30 seconds will be the participating doctor or someone else talking about what they are going to be doing at the event.
20 Radio Spots $2500.00 Private Consultation Area– To allow you a private location to meet one-on-one with perspective patients we will offer private consultation areas. These areas are located in the hall. Each area is draped on all four sides and includes a table, two chairs and a sign. 10X10 Consultation area $995.00 CEE Beauty Bag– You can sponsor the official CEE Beauty Bag that will be given out at the entrance to all attendees. The bag has the Cosmetic Enhancement Expo Web site and logo on one side and the sponsoring exhibitor’s info on the other side. You can also provide a promotion in the CEE Beauty Bag. If you are interested let us know and we’ll get some bag samples and costs. Exclusive sponsor of the Beauty Bag $2500.00 CEE Doctor Access Sponsor– This opportunity appeals to product companies and other exhibitors who would like to get in front of doctors. This includes signage at the exhibitor registration area, handouts and/or a gift that you provide will be handed out to all exhibitors, access to our exhibitor list and the exclusive right to host two exhibitor breakfasts, a reception on Saturday evening and exhibitor lounge area to display your product information, etc.). The access cost is $2500, plus agreed hospitality event costs. Doctor Access Sponsor $2500.00 Signage / Banners– If you would like to place additional signage and/or banners in our registrations area or other high visibility areas you may do so. The cost for a 22” x 28” sign on an easel is $200. The cost for a 1 meter large double sided sign on a stand is $995. Banners that you provide are also $995 to hang in a mutually agreed high traffic location. Complimentary ProgramsBeauty Bag– As last year, we will promote any gifts or raffles that you would like for the event to attract and drive traffic to your booth. We will promote the beauty bag in our advertising and list your offer on our website and in the show guide. Website link– We would like each of you to put something on your Web site about your participation at Cosmetic Enhancement Expo and link it to our site www.cosmeticenhancementexpo.com or you may use our URL www.dallasbeautyexpo.com.Currently, we link speakers and sponsors on our Web site and will provide a reciprocal link for exhibitors who do the same. Custom E-mail– If you have an e-mail list, we can work with you to develop a custom CEE VIP Pass message to send out informing them about your participation at CEE. This is a great opportunity to get the word out about the event and attract people to your booth. If you participate, we will also send your message to our e-mail list of past and future attendees. Flyers for Your Office– I will be sending you a flyer that you can hand out in your office or anywhere else that you think would be appropriate. In the flyer I will mention your booth and/or presentation. The flyers are designed in black and white so that you can easily print them and make copies. The flyers are designed in Word so they will be easy to edit. If you would like for us to make copies, please let us know. Radio Promotions– We’ve begun working with Dallas radio stations that we will advertise on to develop contests and other promotions to encourage the event. We will need prizes to give away as part of these promotions, which is a great way for you to get promoted by the radio station and to let people know you will be at the CEE. Currently, we have two contests; KLUV’s “Diva’s Day Out,” and KSCS’s “Hot Mama Contest.” We are looking for non surgical prizes such as the following: teeth whitening, Botox and/or Restylane treatments, laser hair removal, skin treatments, microdermabrasion, make up and hair styles. If you would like to participate the radio stations will provide your prize and your contact info on their Web sites. We will also do something at the show once we pick the winners.
